The mobile steam boiler room is a complete process heating plant that packs a steam boiler and its auxiliaries into a 20 ft or 40 ft ISO general-purpose container. It is run and put through all process tests at the factory, so on site only the power supply and the steam consumers need to be connected. Firing diesel, heavy fuel oil or LPG, it delivers up to 6000 kg/h of steam (up to 5 MW) at up to 16 bar and starts producing steam within 5–10 minutes.
Besides the boiler, the container houses the burner, the feedwater and water treatment equipment, a fuel tank and the electrical panel. At 8 bar the boiler reaches 90–92 % efficiency without an economiser and 94–96 % with one; optional aluminium turbulators in the smoke tubes add 2 % combustion efficiency. Design and manufacture are based on EN 12953, PED 2014/68/EU, TRD and ASME VIII Div. 1.
It suits plants whose production is spread over a large site and where steam is used partly, at particular points: hotels, laundries, textile and dry-cleaning shops, food and beverage production, chemical and paint plants, concrete curing and aerated concrete manufacturing among them. The unit can run unattended for 24 to 720 hours, and a PLC with Modbus, Modbus TCP and Profinet can connect it to SCADA systems for remote monitoring.

Container equipment
Alongside the boiler, the container houses the burner, the electrical panel, a fuel tank, a condensate tank, a feedwater pump, a water filter and an automatic softener. The container can be fitted with ventilation louvres, lighting and frost-protection heating.
