TESI's TP series comprises gas-fired pilot torches that light the main flame of industrial burners. Standard models are adapted to the customer's technical specification, and their size and shape can be changed for new plants as well as for revamping projects. Since the ignition and ionisation elements come out without the whole pilot being pulled from the burner wall, servicing is quick. The tube length is fixed when ordering.

The series has six sizes. TP15 (15 mm, 2–7 kW), TP25 (25 mm, 4–15 kW), TP32 (26.7–33.4 mm, 20–45 kW) and TP38 (33.4–48.3 mm, 50–120 kW) are offered either drawing their own air through a venturi or fed with forced air. TP60 (60 mm, up to 250 kW) and TP76 (up to 76 mm, up to 600 kW) work with forced air only. Flame length ranges from up to 100 mm on TP15 to up to 2000 mm on TP76. Gas flow is 0.21–0.73 m³/h at 20 mbar on TP15 and 0.42–1.56 m³/h at 50 mbar on TP25.

Ignition is by a high-voltage (HV) monoelectrode or a high-energy (HE) igniter. TP15 and TP25 use the HV monoelectrode; TP32 and TP38 can also take a Ø12–14 mm HE igniter, and TP60 and TP76 an HE igniter of up to Ø17 mm. Where required, the HV monoelectrode also watches the flame by ionisation, and ignition-only versions exist too. The HE versions of TP32 and TP38 ignite only; on TP60 and TP76 a separate ionisation rod can be added to the HE igniter. All TESI products carry the CE mark.
