ETAMATIC brings the functions needed to run a burner together in one compact housing. It pairs electronic fuel-air ratio control with a burner sequencer; the valve leakage test is built in, and load control, CO/H₂ control and flame monitoring are available in the same device. Safety chains, switches and sensors wire straight to its digital inputs, which saves extra relays and cabling. The complete control can stay on the burner while bus networking and remote operation from a PC remain available.
Ratio control drives up to 4 actuators: the output stage is either four three-point step channels, or three such channels plus one continuous output, for example for speed control. On request, the internal load controller takes over, working with up to two switchable setpoints for temperature or pressure as a fixed-value or weather-compensated controller. Whether the burner starts with or without a pilot burner is chosen independently for oil and for gas, and start-up without pre-purge is possible to EN 676.
The front operating panel gives full access to all burner parameters, and the access levels in its menu are protected by passwords. Through the RS232 PC interface at the rear, the unit can be run remotely and its data archived. Every ETAMATIC has one LSB interface; PROFIBUS DP, Modbus TCP, Modbus and INTERBUS-S connections are optional. Counters record burner starts and operating hours in total and for each fuel. ETAMATIC has been recertified to DIN EN 298:2024-03.

LSB I/O modules
Analogue and digital input/output modules connected to the LAMTEC SYSTEM BUS. Additional bus signal inputs and outputs are assigned through the LSB interface of ETAMATIC, with 12 analogue inputs available on the LSB side. LSB links LAMTEC devices with little wiring, and DIN-rail fieldbus modules are driven over it using a settable address.
