ETAMATIC OEM joins electronic fuel-air ratio control for up to four actuators with an electronic burner sequencer in one device. It is designed to sit on the burner: safety chains, sensors and switches connect to it directly, and the short cable runs cut the need for extra relays and wiring. This makes it especially suited as a standard component of monoblock burners.
Its actuator outputs are either four three-point step channels, or three such channels and one continuous output for speed control. Start with or without a pilot burner is selected separately for oil and gas, and on gas the burner can start without pre-purge to EN 676. Built-in O₂ trim shifts the fuel-air curves during operation to counter disturbances; a CO/O₂ controller is optional. On request, the unit also takes over load control, and this includes weather-dependent setpoint shift and start-up control.
ETAMATIC OEM has no front panel. It is operated with the optional PC software, a hand-held programming unit featuring Startup Manager, or a customer display on the LSB. Every unit has an LSB connection; PROFIBUS DP, Modbus TCP, Modbus and INTERBUS-S connections are optional. Running time and number of starts are counted separately for gas and oil. The unit meets the relevant European standards for continuous operation and has been recertified to DIN EN 298:2024-03.

LSB I/O modules
Add-on modules for the LAMTEC SYSTEM BUS: two output module types for 4 analogue signals, 0…10 V DC or 0…20 mA; a 4-channel analogue input module for 0…10 V DC; a module for 4 floating digital outputs; and a 4-channel digital input module for 24 V DC. An additional power supply for the modules is available. LSB links LAMTEC devices with little wiring.
