TPS 60 Nm actuator

The TPS60.1 is an electric LAMTEC actuator with a torque of 60 Nm. It is a CMS system component and works with CMS, ETAMATIC, FMS and VMS as well as in other combustion and industrial applications. LAMTEC lists it among the actuators driven by the CMS AEC-TPS module. It is operated by three-point step control, its electric manual override works with an OPEN/CLOSE push button, and two limit switches restrict its travel.

Position feedback is provided by a 5 kΩ conductive-plastic potentiometer from NOVOTEC or CONTELEC; the actuator satisfies the safety requirements for using tested potentiometers and for coupling them positively and without backlash. The running time can differ depending on how limit switches and potentiometers are fitted. The internal square drive accepts optional plug-in shafts for different output shaft forms; the degree of protection is IP65, and the actuator can be customised.
