TPS 100 and 200 Nm actuator

The TPS100.1 and TPS200.1 are electric LAMTEC actuators with torques of 100 Nm and 200 Nm, offered alongside LAMTEC's standard 6, 20 and 40 Nm types. Both models are operated by three-point step control, have an electric manual override that works with an OPEN/CLOSE push button, and two limit switches restrict their travel. LAMTEC lists both among the actuators driven by the CMS AEC-TPS module.

Position feedback is provided by a 5 kΩ conductive-plastic potentiometer from NOVOTEC or CONTELEC; the actuators satisfy the safety requirements for using tested potentiometers and for coupling them positively and without backlash. The running time can differ depending on how limit switches and potentiometers are fitted. The internal square drive accepts optional plug-in shafts for different output shaft forms; the degree of protection is IP65, and both actuators can be customised.
